If your MySQL is up and running with the databases, nothing should go wrong here.
Start 02-realmd.bat, and then 03-mangosd.bat. You can then access your site by opening a browser and typing 127.0.0.1 or localhost as the URL. Once you copied it, just run 04-WebServer.bat to start it. Apache won't work properly unless you set it up in your C: drive, for some reason. If you want the web server to work, move the entire web folder into your C: drive's root directory (for which you need admin privileges).
